[TASK] Update dApp Landing Page to Prioritize Restaking

Description

Update the Account Page to prioritize restaking as the core feature of the dApp and streamline the display of balances and introducing a new section for incentivized assets and upcoming campaigns.

Proposed Changes

• Remove current Balances Table and replace with a display of upcoming incentivized restaking assets.
• Move locked TNT balances the Account Card Component with conditional rendering:
  • If no locked balances exist, omit the locked balances section entirely (do not display a "0" balance).
• Replace the current dropdown for locked balances with a modal that can be accessed via the locked button in the main Account Card.
