[FEAT] Implement Restaking Parachain LS protocol once LS pools are properly implemented on it

The lst pallet is quite similar among Tangle and Tangle Restaking Parachain, however there is an important difference: In the Tangle Restaking Parachain, a pool must be associated/tagged to a certain token (such as DOT, PHA, etc.).

Once these changes are implemented, need to add the Tangle Restaking Parachain protocol to the liquid staking protocol options.
