Inklude content from radio.nrk.no

It would be great if the addon also could browse and play radio content from NRK. The API documented here also returns metadata for elements included in radio.nrk.no, so it might be possible. I fail to access the mediaurl though.

Adding a list of radio streams is fairly easy, I took a quick look at extracting streams from the API...
...but should it be a separate "audio" addon? Or would crossing that line be OK for the sake gathering all NRK content in one place? ;)

The radio part should at least be in a separate submenu, to separate the two contents.

Also, the live streams could be fetched from NRKs icecast server: http://lyd.nrk.no/
Edit: If one use the icecast server, my recommendation is to use the «mp3_h» version of the streams.
