When scanning a map, QGS or QLR files, may contains additionnal layer information which could be combined with information extracted by OGR. eg.

layer name
layer alias
column description

For all layers:

For vector:

The job could also set the metadataUrl location

fxprunayre added the enhancement label

fxprunayre added this to the Future release milestone
