FR: Allow to define multiple workflow files in single repository

Currently, it's not possible because Workflow struct has hardcoded name for ci.yml. This limits the possible usage of the library when multiple workflow files are required.

Generate is public and can be used to generate workflow with different configurations. Not a good idea to add more generation related methods on Workflow.

It's actually unclear that this is possible since the update methods are derived and there are no mentions in the docs how to do this
