FR: Do not allow to generate workflow file with missing required properties #64

Some entries of the workflow require to some properties to be defined.

For example on the root level on and jobs should be defined, but gh-workflow allows to create such workflow:

  • on can be set to ubuntu-latest
  • jobs can be set to build and test (which is what we have right now)
