Add support for original hysteria2 core

The current cores supporting hysteria2, are clash* and singbox. However they all lack the feature of port hopping and port forwarding etc. of the original hysteria2 client.
Hysteria officially provides android binaries and also offered a guide to tproxy here . In theory we only need slight modifications to the scripts to support that.
