[Bug] Differentiation Between /res select cost and Actual Cost #23

As it can be seen in a screenshot that I made, the cost provided by /res select cost and the actual amount of money displayed in the error message when a player doesn't have enough money are completely different. When speaking with t00thpick1 earlier, he stated "And I didn't use the economy format for one of those messages". Whether the message displayed is different than the actual cost, I'm not entirely certain.

Can say for sure something funky is going on. Users are able to create Free residences at the moment if they are small enough.

A possible solution to this issue would be to either add in a roundUp() function to cost equations, or just do it automatically.
