Ponder+Book, BestBookMove

When Ponder and Book file enabled, asmFish starts ponder calculation at once. I hope outside the book. In any cases it ready for battle instantly when book is over.

Cfish do nothing(about Ponder) during book moves. It starts Ponder calculation when is book is over against opponent engine which calculated too much moves straight from the start.
Moreover Cfish's BestBookMove has strange logic against asmFish, BranFish, Komodo, Houdini, etc. Especially if Ponder enabled - in this case there are many possibilities to choose a REAL Best Book Line.
