Edit the email (that is created from the template) before sending the donation receipt via email

I would be very helpful, if the user could edit the email before it is sent out.

One way to achieve that might be through using the SearchActionDesigner (see #197 ), with editing the email body as a field in SearchActionDesigner.

So are you suggesting that the Donation Receipts tasks (or API eventually) should have a parameter for either the entire e-mail body or additional template variables? Would these additions to the template be bound to the entities involved (contribution, contact - so that tokens could be used) or rather generic (such as text fragments to insert)?

If the latter, this would be something similar to what CiviOffice provides as Live Snippets, right?

@jensschuppe yes, but just without having additional tools installed.,
Before civiCRM alle ZBW had be sent in paper form with a cover letter that where we easily could add personal notes. Now we switched to PFD ZWB's and it would be helpful to add personal comments to the existing eMail template. This could also be used to add seasonal greetings etc.
