Loading Web UI Node Explorer

We have installed the latest version of
https://github.com/synechron-finlabs/quorum-maker/wiki

All the tests we do work fine, but we have a problem with Quorum Maker Web UI, Node Explorer

It is an erratic problem sometimes it happens and at times it works OK. When the browser is loaded, the page is in load wait state indefinitely and does not finish loading, in the browser console it does not show any errors.
But when the page is refreshed again with [F5] it loads ok.

What could be the problem?

Can you please provide screenshots for each steps that you have gone through. And specially for this =>
