Remove make build, rely on gradle to drive most builds while keeping swift package build for Swift side #46

2 build systems is enough, no need for a third one.

SwiftPM and Gradle are the natural ones to stay since they handle their respective languages best.

We should keep a normal Package.swift for the Swift side of this project; Gradle build can just call out to swiftpm if we need it for something.
