I filed a bug ticket for this issue and will keep you posted if I get some updates.

In the meantime, you can update the menu details under Navigation tab on the Storefront details page.

I would like to migrate the site but it is not possible either. The email that's registered to the swell site is [email protected]

But my email address is '[email protected]' I tried to get my ssh public key with it and then I tried to add it here:

Our infrastructure team is working on the permanent fix.
As a temporary fix, can you try updating your github remote as follows:

git clone [email protected]:store-name

For example, Public key: ssh-ed.....BCAv
Key name could be your email ID.

It's not possible to merge sections, but please give it a try via Checkout scripts if that works for you.
