Should users be able to re-run an adder and have it update an existing project? When would that be useful or simply not work?

I believe users should be able to run an adder as many times as they want and it shouldn't end up breaking their app. Perhaps I'm being too optimistic, but having this level of consideration should allow the adders to be widely compatible across a whole range of existing apps

The only reason I can come up with for a user to rerun an adder would be to repair an existing installation. I don't think that's too unreasonable to accomplish. We already do it to an extent with the eslint+prettier and drizzle adders

Migration might also be a thing in the future. Thinking about something like the eslint upgrade we had shortly, this would have been super helpful, although potentially not 100% acurate.
