NonValue widget example

Have you any example, how to correct implement nonvalue custom widet (like html widget)?

I want to create customizable link widget (to add redirecr url automatically).
Also it can be used for glossary creation.

Custom widget ant this moment can be instantiated from the question with value. Because the base custom widget support is resides in the Question class, which is already a value holder.
Nothing bad will happens and the value will be undefined and will not appear in survey results.
