Bug: App very slow using AppImage

Describe the bug

Just installed version 3 of the app and found it wasn't reactive and is very slow.
I don't have this problem using version 2 of the app.

Made a small record hope that you can see the lag when I hover the components and the différence in typing speed when between the app and the notepad (almost same typing speed used throughout the test)

EDIT

As a workaround for users using arch based OS, installing the app through the AUR seems to solve this issue.

Steps to reproduce

• Download the AppImage from official website
• Start AppImage
• Hover every element or use any input field

Expected behaviour

Be as reactive as version 2

WM: Mutter
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X (24) @ 3.800GHz

I have the same problem.

Try installing it from AUR and see if keeps slo slow. For me AppImage build was the problem.

Seems to be working a lot better with using the AUR, I can observe some fps drop when there is animation like dropdown or popup but it is usable now thanks.

I will leave the issue open and edit the post so that I can provide this workaround for arch users

I was having this issue with 3.0.2 from Aur as well as the 3.0.3 AppImage. However the Aur package does seem faster than the AppImage
