"Hum. We got a problem fetching content from http://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/feed/. You may want to unsubscribe from it."
Is the problem that it does not have a propper .xml ending or similar? (exactly this was an issue on the SonyEricsons Live View smartwach RSS reader)
The CS:GO RSS feed definitly is online and probably won't go down in near future.

Does this happen a lot or just from time to time? Are you sure the feed is reliably up?

The bot messaged me one time about this problem and since then just kept quiet. (I didn't unsubscribe)
Everytime I checked this feed it was up. The feed is for sure not the root of the problem.

I have to apologize for my trust in the uptime of the feed. I now found it beeing offline (right now).
Would it be possible to make the "feed down" alarm after 24h of continous down time (checked 24 times and always not reachable) or another set time frame? Else I probably will get more "feed down news" than real articles :/

Ha! Well, we'll see if we can change these... thanks for the suggestion!

Would be cool
It actually are more downtime notifications than real release note updates.
