Algorithm for Globbing Files

Currently, we just scoop everything in data up by doing

glob(`${conf.dataPath}/**/*`, ...)

Should we allow plugins to define the file extensions that they handle (for globbing; They can already do this for mapping to loaders)?

Step 1: Find a use case that requires excluding some files.

Possible use cases include:

• React Component instead of markdown file for page content.
• gitbook support?
  • it seems like this could be solved by having a gitbook config file in ^data/ and the actual gitbook contents in ^gitbook-whatever/
