Issue with qsm_spgr_phillips.m

I'm running QSM, but I have an error which I cannot seem to resolve which seems to originate in the execution of unix(bash_script) [line 302 of the qsm_spgr_philips.m script].

When I pause the script and try to execute it I get the following error [I cut the whole path..]:
phase_unwrapping/3DSRNCP.m: line 1: fg: no job control

The file is there but, as I'm sure you know it is empty (other than having a comment at the top) so I'm not sure how to get around it..

Can you hep me understand/resolve this please?
