URI fragments allow us to jump directly 🎯 to the relevant piece of documentation we're interested in. However, not all docsets provide them, as indicated by all the "FIXME" notes visible on this linked page. 😱 And even among those that do provide them, they do so only partially or in an inconsistent manner. 😿
