Additional Save Window resizes onclick Save: Bug or Feature?

G'day devs,
I've been using sumatra for several years and frist of all: Thank you, for you are doing! Pls Keep doing, the world needs such open source project - you make it better!

When adding annoations this addtional Window opens. While there are lot of improvements can be done one really disappoints me - the window for some reasons resizes (essentially gets taller that does not fin the screen) each time I interracte with its settings (color slider) and click Save changes - the window streches (as it realods and can find the right size). even is strictly fit it in between other windows/screens - well, nothing helps.

Can you pls make it so it rembmers its place whatever interraction happens in it? and no resets of size happens unless the user explicitly changes it?
