sometimes blocks conatiner won't scroll

Sometimes the blocks container won't scroll even though it is unlocked.

I figured out that the scroll function might not be coordinating with the document scrolling position as the position gets set only after the document loads. I would try pressing the cursor key once and check if the blocks container scrolled.

Containers almost never scroll for me.
