Deleted the existed community from the GUI of IBM Connection #53

Right now if the user create the community from the GUI, there is no option to let him delete it. Like this screenshot.

Please complete this function, so that the user can delete the existed community from the GUI

An additional thing related to this.
If a user accidentally relate an existing Community to wrong Account, it should be possible to remove the relation to that Community in the IBM Connection subpanel.
So both possibilities should be there; Delete Community and Remove Relation.
