You should be able to quickly blacklist a specific url to be added to the slur regex filter.

like a quick /post/blacklist/$id and it will automatically, cleaned up ( removed https, www. and blacklists the domain only, so no query, or path ) and escaped of course.

Is this a way for users to block some domains like youtube.com or whatever?

Yes, blocks an entire website from being shared
