Describe the bug

The CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file currently contains incorrect indentation and lacks decorative formatting elements. These issues can make the document less readable and less professional in appearance. Improving the indentation and adding decorative elements will enhance clarity and presentation.

Expected behavior

Bullet Points: Use bullet points to list items, especially for sections like "Expected Behavior" and "Unacceptable Behavior". For example:

### Expected Behavior
- Be respectful and considerate
- Actively participate and collaborate

### Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment of any kind
- Discrimination based on gender, race, or other attributes
