Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way to actually read an article once one would be selected from the Article List View.

Describe the solution you'd like
This should be remedied by creating another activity that loads the article the user selected into a view that renders the details of the article.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There aren't really any alternatives to not having the article able to be read.
