About SU2 Foundation:
SU2 is an open-source suite of software tools written in C++ for solving partial differential equations (PDEs) and performing optimization tasks in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and aerodynamic design. It provides a powerful platform for researchers and engineers to conduct simulations and optimize designs efficiently.
About the Project (Project 4):
The project aims to enhance the capabilities of the Python wrapper in SU2, allowing for the modification of all transported variables on various boundary types. This involves extending the functionality of the existing wrapper to enable spatially and temporally varying boundary conditions. Additionally, the project involves creating comprehensive user documentation and tutorials to facilitate easy adoption and usage of these features.
