v1 Update statement injects null values

Suppose we have the following Update Statement:

UpdateStatement<A,B,C,D> updateStatement;

the following update call is valid but injects null values:

updateStatement.update(a);

B,C and D will be set to NULL.
Compilation should fail. To set NULLs, this should be the correct call:

updateStatement.update(a, nullptr, nullptr, nullptr);

or boost::none.
