Description

  1. Image views can be associated with a deployment node, but no "zoom in" icon is shown.
  2. URLs can be associated with a deployment node, but no "link" icon is shown.

The mouse cursor does change in both cases though.

Perhaps this should be done in conjunction with #11 since both will require some thought to text/icon placement given the limited empty space in deployment nodes.
