Feature request: Exclude entry from 2fa availability check

An ability to exclude specific entries from the two factor availability check would be nice, some websites offer 2fa but only for certain account types ex: oracle

I was thinking maybe a toggle button could be added to the audit details menu

Thanks for the feature request, we can this to the list, it might be nice to be able to individually configure which audits are appropriate for which items rather than just a blanket exclusion that we have now :)
