Oops two error messages

Hi,

after the installation [Release v1.8.2] according to the instructions I can't do anything, I always get the two error messages.

Oops could not create this user
Oops could not load users :-( Maybe check your internet connection and try it again

I'm a bit at the end of my Latin

Server-Version: 10.11.8-MariaDB -> Connection works when I look with phpMyAdmin three tables are created. article, transactions, user
PHP version 8.3.10
Server version: Apache/2.4.58 (Ubuntu)

Would be nice if you could give me a tip.
