"Not 24/7" default creates a lot of work

For service details, adding the hours by clicking 'Not 24/7' pulls up a week's worth of all day hours fields.
I don't rememeber, but wasn;t this just empty and we added as needed.
The fix we wanted to make is to be able to duplicate one day's hours when adding another day, not creating 7 fields to either edit or remove

please see the comment in red on our source of truth for opening hours, on OH_emtpy_7b-viewport. that was not applied. I though it was one of the enhancements but can't find it.
