Misaligned object entries

Entries with sub-items are not aligned together with plain items:

I'll try, could it be because of reset CSS? Looking at the code, it seems to expect that a space has the same width as the arrow symbol, which is not the case even in monospace font.

I changed it to use an invisible arrow in my fork but couldn't do a pull request because I had other commits in there.
