Currently, when importing users from LDAP who have been authenticated via their email, an automatically generated unique username is assigned to each user. While this ensures uniqueness, the generated usernames may not always be ideal for user recognition or ease of use.
With this issue, I would like to open a discussion regarding potential improvements to this process. Specifically, are there better ways to generate or import a more user-friendly or recognizable username during the LDAP import process?
