Show tumbnails on the file download page for file types that can be converted to a thumbnail image

🎤 Pitch

I have used a file share service in the past that showed thumbnails for most files which made it easier to select individual files to download when a share contains a lot, depending on how tumbnails can be generated this would work for images, videos and pdf files, maybe also text files. I think this could be done by calling ImageMagick if available
