Currently, if I run characterization against a full library of standard cells and a single cell has a problem (with config or otherwise), CharLib crashes. Instead it should do something useful, such as notify the user what went wrong and perhaps omit the cell from the current run.
Better yet, this behavior should be configurable. If I want CharLib to exit when a single cell fails, or if I want it to omit the cell and continue the characterization run, those should both be options.
