Full screen width (xs) for ui-select

The picker is full screen for all sizes except xs, where it defaults to a small section. This is changed by switching the bootstrap choices in the directive definition (in public/libs) from col-sm-10 to col-xs-10. However, maybe instead of modifying the source, it would be better to send some type of patch to them.
