Problem to Solve

When pressing Alt-C, the popup Colorize window (where the language can be selected) silently pops up behind the OneNote window.

It's not always consistent. Sometimes, once the Colorize window is clicked after moving the OneNote window out of the way, future presses of Alt-C correctly bring the popup in front.

Edit: the same behaviour can happen when the Colorize command is invoked via the Command Palette

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open OneNote
  2. Highlight some text
  3. Press Alt-C

Expected Behavior

The Colorize popup should appear in front of the OneNote window

THE FINE PRINT This is a hobby project that I started for myself. I'm happy to take requests and will promise to
consider each one carefully but offer no guarantees that I will ultimately agree to their
usefulness or have time to implement any of them. If OneNote offers a "close enough" work-around
then I will probably reject the request - you've been warned!
