This application acts as a TCP server to test the output of an MD110, NIU board.
It can be configured to automatically echo tags back (auto-respond) to the client to mimic a TCP connected Voice Mail System.
This application was built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 Community.
It uses the Scintilla edit package and is linked to a static library.
