Checkpoint after completed mission #24
Comments
Games are saved when:
What platform are you playing on? On Linux, the games should be saved to: ~/.local/share/blobwarsAttrition on Windows, the games will save to a folder called "blobwarsAttrition" in the currently defined "users" path (according to USERPROFILE in Windows). Are you not seeing any save games at all? |
Oh no. I don't have any problems with saving games. I was just thinking if
the game has the option of checkpoints in the middle of the game, like in
Blob Wars 1. So if you are, for example, playing Grasslands 1 and finish
certain objectives, you get the checkpoint. So if your health runs out in
the midldle of the Grasslands 1 and you die, you pick up from the
checkpoint, and you don't play the mission all from the begging. I
remembered that that was a option in the first game so I was just wondering
if it is like that in this one too. But, don't worry I don't have any
problems saving games. :)

Ah, no. Unlike Metal Blob Solid, there are no mid-level checkpoints available. Someone could introduce them via a patch, though, since the game is open source. |
That's fine. I just wanted to check. Thank you though!

Hi, I just bought the this version and it's amazing! Just have a quick question though. Do you usually get the checkpoint after some completed missions? Currently I am not getting any so just checking if that is normal or is it maybe a issue with my version. Thank you!
