Get surface elevation from planetary DEM

Simple implementation with examples to retrieve terrain elevation at list of coordinates from GRD and GeoTiff DEM (Digital Elevation Model) files. Python equivalent to GMT.grdtrack allowing to choose xarray or pygmt libraries.
