Improve Project Snapshot creation UX

Currently when creating a Snapshot the user is presented with a less than informative loading page, and the fact that the Running tag is clickable isn't easily discoverable.

Proposed changes
Instead we propose directing users to the Snapshot Job Detail view, which outlines the various tasks being done and their progress. Once the Snapshot Job is finished, we should redirect user to the Snapshot Detail view where they can see the HTML preview.
