Generating JSON file from FontLab 7 and Glyphs app —macOS Catalina

Hi,

I'm Nor Eddine Bahha, a jazz pianist and type designer. I'm trying to generate the JSON file for my smufl'd BopMusic font, so I followed your steps for FontLab and Glyphs app. But, the generate_font_metadata.py seems not to work at all, even I could generate the smufl font JSON but with no extra metadata inside...maybe the .py files aren't compatible with new versions of FL7 and Glyphs app?....

I guess you're using FontLab 7, but could confirm the exact version number of FontLab and Glyphs you're using?
