Add 'deleteslide' command #24

Would you consider adding an additional function that would delete an existing slide? Something like:

exportToPPTX('deleteslide','position',slide_position)

My existing PPTX file contains slides that I would like to conditionally remove using exportToPPTX. This would be a useful capability.
