Pulsar not working on 2 PC's

I have 2 Windows 7 PC's and Pulsar is not working on either of them on my 300Mbps fibre
1st PC
i5-3570K
8GB RAM
Kodi 15.2
I installed pulsar and some MC providers no problem at all, I can search for films and can choose different torrents no problem at all but when I select one it stays at buffering and downloading at a pathetic 30-40Kbps. It isnt the torrent file because I tried the same ones that I was downloading with utorrent at 1.5Mbps+

2nd PC
i5 laptop
4GB RAM
Kodi 14.2
same issue

Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this?
