Multisite support missing for seo.yaml

Hi,

I'm running into an issue when setting up Statamic as a multisite.
The Seo-Pro addon doesn't seem to detect that the seo.yaml needs to be stored per site so every site now shares the same 'defaults'.

Is there something I am missing here in the settings or is this a missing feature.
