[Feature] Add multilingual support in Stash app and box both.

Describe the solution you'd like
There's a lot of text that user can fill, but various languages in the world.
So, add multilingual support for Stash app and data served from Stash box based server.
Oh, what I mean is for title, tag, names, etc.
In addition, I don't know I can submit tags in my local language.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As you know, there is already 'Alias' feature exists, and I also add my local language to Aliases.
But title doesn't have one.
For example, JAVs have their original language title, English users will translate it to English and other language users will translate it to their own language too.

Additional context
Maybe, 'Alias' feature for title might work too.
