Theme Switcher Plugin Issue

I've added the Theme Switcher plugin, but don't see any button in the top menu that allows you to switch themes. Does that plugin still work?

Same issue. I've looked at the code, it expects a window.stash object to be present, which isn't around and thus it never loads.
There is a dependency listed for "CommunityScripts UI Library" - but that also does not provide the stash object 🤷‍♂️
