We have a default, pint-based unit converter.
User is also free to roll their own unit converter. But coding this from scratch is a little tedious.
There is an (at the very least partial) solution to this in the 'startables' package's unit conversion framework.

Should refactor this framework and include it in pdtable as an optional tool for the user to build their own unit converter.
