What is UDC?

The universal deployer contract! The devnet uses this address for its local state: https://github.com/Shard-Labs/starknet-devnet/blob/master/starknet_devnet/udc.py#L23. Now, I just need to find the addresses of the mainnet UDC as well as the goerli-testnet UDC address (if they are different). I feel like they are important enough to be here. This is how we are deploying now instead of the using the soon-to-be-gone DeployTransactions.
